OGV will partner with Na.energy; an SPV set up to commercialize the innovative
technologies developed by Nrgtek. Nrgtek holds multiple US and international patents
for breakthrough technologies in energy storage, renewable energy, bio-gas treatment,
fuel cells, and water desalination. Nrgtek is developing the following critical technologies
with the purpose of integration of renewable energy to utility grids without intermittency
issues:

• Low cost, high voltage cathodes for alkali-ion batteries
• Gas treatment technologies and emission control
• Forward Osmosis Technologies for Desalination
• Micronuclear reactors and carbon capture

OGV will partner with Na.energy to support the commercialization of alternate battery
storage technologies and promoting renewable energy integration into utility grids for
positive energy security impact.
