Her skillset lies in management, consulting, human resources, entrepreneurship, and training. 

Ismail Tekin

Ismail Tekin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership positions across both the private and public sectors. His career spans over 15 years, with a specialized focus on international relations, business development, and the cultivation of growth markets. Ismail’s professional journey has predominantly been in international markets, covering regions such as North America, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Turkey, India, and the Asia-Pacific. For the past 12 years, he has been primarily focused on the Middle East, based in the United Arab Emirates, and has garnered substantial experience across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

Paul Fleming

Paul Fleming works at the intersection of water, climate resiliency, strategy and technology in the private and public sectors. He established and led the global water program in Microsoft’s corporate environmental sustainability team where he was responsible for establishing the company’s 2030 water positive commitment. Previously, he created the climate resiliency program at Seattle Public Utilities where he led initiatives to assess the impacts of climate change on Seattle’s water systems and to enhance system resiliency.

Rodrigo Sá

Rodrigo Sá is the Strategic Advisor for Hyperloop Italy and the Global Head of Academia for Dynex Moonshots. He has over 14 years of experience building relationships with high-profile, renowned leaders and governmental bodies. Rodrigo leverages and harnesses complex, multi-angled data to develop and execute business strategies at a global level. Furthermore, he has advised governments, investment funds, incubators, accelerators, and venture builders for more than 8 years. 

Shabib A. Bin Shabib

Shabib has an extensive background working on partnership development and stakeholder management under government and private sector entities. He has previously been the International Partnerships Executive at the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, where he managed key portfolios for the UAE government under cabinet affairs direction. Shabib initiated Marfa Advisors as a turn key solutions advisory, supporting the actualization of state objectives through private sector funding and operations. He works extensively in the areas of in/outward Foreign Direct Investment, MNC advisory and support, capital raise and guidance in the local establishment of foreign businesses with key stronghold partnerships for better future yield and stability. Shabib sits on several advisory boards like the Great Green Wall of Africa Foundation, MENA2050, as well as a few G2G business councils.
