Emirates Environmental Group Panel

The Emirates Environmental Group held its 3rd panel discussion at FIVE Palm Jumeirah under the topic: Economic & Social Instability: Hindering Sustainable Progress. Optimum Green Ventures’ Co-Founder and CEO, Dina Storey, gave an intriguing presentation on OGV’s goals and achievements as an up-and-coming, climate-tech investment vehicle in the UAE. 

Optimum Green Ventures welcomed a powerhouse of impact-driven leaders to the Rosewood Hotel in Abu Dhabi for an exclusive first look at its portfolio companies. Ignite Power, WhatIF Foods, IPG, and Cascadia Technologies presented their innovations and solutions to a variety of forward-thinking guests to expand their industrial capabilities and contributions to the growth of the UAE’s blue and green economy.

Optimum Green Ventures attended the Make It In The Emirates Forum in Abu Dhabi; connecting with industry leaders, innovators, and potential partners. Most notably, they signed an MoU with Marfa Advisors, thus signifying the beginning of an exciting new partnership.

From April 23rd to 25th, Optimum Green Ventures proudly participated in the 20th edition of the DIHAD Organisation Exhibition and Conference. They showcased some of their portfolio companies that make an impact in the Sustainable Humanitarian space. One of the portfolio companies, WhatIF Foods, presented their regenerative plant-based products that can deliver a complete meal in emergency situations as well as being socially and environmentally impactful. 

His Highness Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, witnessed the signing of an agreement between DIHAD Sustainable Humanitarian Organization and 16 international humanitarian organizations, including Optimum Green Ventures. This marks the establishment of the International Humanitarian Alliance of DIHAD. The alliance aims to enhance international cooperation and deepen effective impact in humanitarian fields globally.
